ACHENA approves and designates 9.5 CEUs for the 2021 CHMS Conference (Saturday and Sunday program only).
A letter documenting attendance will be provided to all attendees upon completion of a brief post-conference questionnaire.

This year we are offering registration at the unprecedented low price of $50 for members and $75 for non-members.
CHMS members save $25 on conference registration. You can easily join or renew your membership via our conference registration form.
Recordings of the sessions (Saturday and Sunday program) will be made available to registrants for a limited time.
